ARTi produces state-of-the-art technologies to support biochar production including two types of advanced reactor units as well as grinders, augers and driers. Of course, our technology can be used for other types of material processing besides biochar.ย

Nano Reactor

Home Brew Biochar Equipment

1 and 3 gallons batch reactor is a home brew kit to produce biochar in a low-oxygen environment. It is capable of pyrolyzing material up to 8000C. The reactor precisely controls the temperature and time of the pyrolysis with electronic control. A bio-oil condenser can be purchased to effectively separate light and heavy bio-oil fractions from the non-condensable gases. A flare attached burns the exiting gases.

ARTi 2.0

Pyrolysis 2 tons per day

Our flagship unit, the ARTi 2.0 Reactor comes as a full system with all the required peripheral equipment (1 to 5 trains) such as dryers, biochar/biomass grinders, handling equipment, pre and post treatment equipment (bagging, tools to add water and/or chemicals).

ARTi ZERO

Pyrolysis 2 tons per day

The ARTi Zero is our first generation of reactors. The ARTi Zero is similar to the ARTi II in functionality and form. The unit is capable of producing two tons of material per day. Hydraulic Power Pack

Is a unit designed to use in place of a truck wetline kit to move the live walking floor of trailers.

Biomass Trailer Bin

Is designed to transfer material from the live walking floor trailer of trucks to reactors or dryers.

Biomass Screen Shaker

Provides better control of biomass-feedstock particle sizes and removes large contaminants, like rock and steel particles.ย 

Biomass Transfer Auger

Is a versatile component that allows unloading and loading of materials to be easy and cost-effective with various ARTi modules.

Mobile Transfer Auger

Is a versatile component that allows unloading and loading of materials to be easy and cost-effective with various ARTi modules.

Water Sprayer

Prevents clogging by misting biochar falling vertically into bag, instead of misting before entering another auger.ย 

Biomass Dryer

The ARTi Biomass Dryer uses up to 200 kW of waste heat energy from the flue gas for drying. Can remove up to 660 lb. of moisture per hour, using only about 5 kW of electricity.

Biochar Reactor

The ARTi Biochar Reactor is the unit designed to contain a flame hot enough to transform biomass into biochar.ย 

Chimney Assembly

The ARTi Chimney Assembly allows heat gases release at a safe distance from the reactor.ย 

Biochar Mill

Is a fully automatic mill that reduces biochar particle size.
The unit features a compact shape, continuous operation, is easy-to-use, safety interlocks and troubleshooting integration.

VOC Afterburner

The ARTi Biomass Dryer uses up to 200 kW of waste heat energy from the flue gas for drying. Can remove up to 660 lb. of moisture per hour, using only about 5 kW of electricity.

Heat Exchanger

Is designed to indirectly heat air to heat shops, greenhouses by circulating air through the modified stack utilizing waste heat.ย
